Limu is a region in the South-West of Ethiopia. Coffee grows here at elevations between 3,600 to 6,200 feet. The bean is medium-sized and has a distinctive rounded shape.The region brings us OUT Ethiopia Limu with notes of dark chocolate and berries with a gentle tea aftertaste. The coffee tends to have medium acidity and a well-balanced body.

Light roast retains more of the beans’ natural qualities, giving us the chance to feel unique characteristics and flavors of coffee’s origin. It has a complex aroma and reveals beans’ sweetness and fruit tanginess. Wet processing also contributes to coffee’s sweetness and acidity.
