From our side, we do everything we can to make sure that you get the highest-quality product even after it has been shipped across the ocean.
If, however, something does go wrong, please contact our helpdesk and report the problem that you are faced with. We will refund money for the items that you are not satisfied with, or replace them for free.
Conditions of return
If the customer detects flaws in the product that they purchased, they can contact our helpdesk no later than seven (7) days from the moment of them receiving the product for getting either a partial refund compensating for the flaws detected, or full refund.
The refund, unless otherwise agreed, is carried out by returning funds to the user’s bank card. The term for the actual posting funds to the buyer’s bank card can be lengthy, depending on the rate of the banking procedures, which is beyond the seller’s area of responsibility.
