Due to climate and ground characteristics, highland Candy Tiger Guatemala Arabica is a premium class coffee. There are salts and minerals of volcanic origin, cinders, and ashes in the ground, which is precisely what brings Guatemala fame as a smoky drink.

Being a blend of beans from different Guatemala regions, the coffee is well-balanced, with a slightly bitter impact on the tongue. 

There is no discernable acidity to create any stomach issues for people with a sensitive stomach. 

This Guatemalan coffee has a complex and rich flavor. Tasting notes include hints of dark chocolate, caramel, and vanilla, with a slightly citrus and white wine finish.

It has a strong slightly bitter taste with deep chocolate notes, delicate spicy undertones and a velvety aftertaste, thick creamy texture and rich aroma.

The brand only works with suppliers that meet high standards of coffee cultivation. To call it organic, coffee is supposed to be grown on plantations that haven’t used pesticides and fertilizers for 3 or more years.

Candy Tiger also pays great attention to the quality of roasting. Arabica beans are roasted slowly and a small amount at any time, as it is the only way to save natural taste, release flavor, reveal coffee’s temper, and control the level and quality of each bean’s roast.
